Some Examples of Book Structure, Design and Creative Bindings
This double raised exposed cord binding
is an original design
which I developed
based on traditional internal cord bindings.
This design became a popular short course topic which I taught at Atelier Soleil Book Arts Centre in Montreal from 2001. This example contains alternating colour signatures and is bound in Kangaroo leather. |
